Mikel Arteta has addressed Arsenal’s potential plans for the January transfer window following the confirmation that Bukayo Saka will be out for more than two months due to injury.
“We’ll see. Hopefully, we don’t face any more injuries,” Arteta stated.
He added, “Raheem Sterling will likely be out for a shorter time than initially expected, which is good news.”
Arteta confirmed the timeline for Saka’s recovery, saying, “I think it will be more than two months.”
Meanwhile, Arsenal secured a 1-0 victory over Ipswich, moving up to second place in the Premier League.
