Duke’s Cooper Flagg apparently responds ‘run it back’ on bench after ‘one more year’ chants
Freshman sensation Cooper Flagg was serenaded with chants of “one more year” from Duke basketball fans in the final minutes of the Blue Devils’ win over Wake Forest in the Monday regular season finale at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
While Flagg has been touted as the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2025 NBA draft, speculation of a potential return for a second season in Durham has not died down. Flagg did nothing to quell any speculation with his response to the Cameron Crazies following their chants on Monday.

After each of his teammates congratulated him on his 28-point, stat-filling performance, Flagg yelled back at the crowd, “Run it back,” which was met with laughter from his parents.
Following the game, when asked by the media about his future, Flagg refused to look forward to the NBA draft or talk about next season with Duke looking for its first national championship since 2015.
