The Cowboys already have a great ‘wish list’ to strengthen their offense for next season
The Cowboys had a nightmare season and are now just looking to rest and then change their mindset completely, as they will not want to disappoint their fans with another bad campaign. That is why the high management is already starting to monitor the offensive options to make a splash and become contenders again.
In this case, these are positions that need to be reinforced, as Dallas’ offense focused primarily on CeeDee Lamb, and both Dak Prescott and Cooper Rush. They need someone who is not weighed down by the pressure of playing for a big franchise and who will step up when the team needs them.
So they have already begun to put together their ‘wish list’, a move that will not be easy, but they are sure to have the confidence to add the player who has the offensive capabilities to break a difficult game.
No rest for Dallas
According to ESPN sources, there are already several options on that shopping list, but they are not only looking for offensive players, something that generates surprise among fans and also a lot of excitement:
“The Cowboys will be in the market for a No. 2 receiver behind CeeDee Lamb. “They have some hope that Jonathan Mingo, their acquisition from Carolina at the trade deadline, can evolve into that position,” they reported.
That would not be all, as there are other options: “They could end up being suitors for Cooper Kupp if his price drops low enough. Dallas will also look to add a dynamic player at the running back position to pair with Rico Dowdle, who finished the season strong for them,” the source revealed.
The options on the table are very interesting, any of them could give the team a different look and the Draft could enrich the options especially in a very demanding position.
The Cowboys will not sit idly by and are looking to have a much better season than they did last time around. We will see if they can give their fans the joy of seeing them win the Super Bowl
