The former Georgia Bulldog is no longer with the Green Bay Packers.

Another Georgia Bulldog will be free agent this offseason. Tight end John FitzPatrick was not tendered a contract by the Green Bay Packers, so he became an unrestricted free agent on Wednesday.

FitzPatrick was a three-star recruit who signed with Georgia in 2018. He redshirted his true freshman year. As a redshirt sophomore, he caught 10 passes for 95 yards and one touchdown.

When he was a redshirt junior, he started seven of the 15 games he played, catching six passes for 83 yards as a member of the Bulldogs’ national championship team in 2022. More impressively, FitzPatrick played the season with fractures in both feet.
