Chelsea ended a 12-game undefeated run by losing to Fulham on Boxing Day.
Despite not being at their best, the Blues went 1-0 up thanks to Cole Palmer‘s solo goal.
However, it got only worse in the second half, with Fulham coming from behind and scoring the decisive goal in the 95th minute.
One crucial factor is the coaches’ in-game decisions. Enzo Maresca made only one substitution that did not really work: Christopher Nkunku did not impress in Nico Jackson’s role.
Fulham’s Marco Silva, meanwhile, made four subs — and two of them were the goalscorers, Harry Wilson and Rodrigo Muniz.
